Oxidation method is divided into static and dynamic two ways. Static oxidation, the copper powder oxidation rate is very slow, and easy to agglomerate; dynamic oxidation is not, so the oxidation effect is very good. Such as 5000C / 3h under the conditions of static oxidation of copper oxide dynamic oxygen content of 7.5%, loose density 3.80g / cm3; dynamic oxidation of copper powder oxygen content of 18.7%, loose density 2.32g / cm3. Of course, in the oxidation process, the appropriate oxidation temperature and oxidation time is also very important, no longer discussed here.
4. Restore The reduction process is relatively simple, the reduction temperature is generally 4OO a 6O0 ℃, time 60-120min.
Broken After the reduction of copper powder, was massive, sometimes serious knot, need to break. It should be noted that the crushing method has a great influence on the bulk density of the finished product, which can directly affect the forming performance of the finished product. Ordinary rolling ball mill, only grinding 15 ~ 30min, will make loose density from 2.49g / cm3 increased to 3.3g / cm3. In order to overcome this problem, our company uses a professional crushing device, the use of the powder will not increase the bulk density, and high crushing efficiency, the effect is very satisfactory.
