随后大家在热闹的《好运来》的音乐声中，纷纷来到了迎新招待晚会的现场。这也是公司搬新家以来第一次在公司内部举办年会。本次晚会以“激情五年，展望未来”为主题，晚会在总策划人储建学副总带领的腰鼓队的喧天鼓声中拉开了序幕。节目全部由德泰员工倾情演出，形式多样，内容精彩纷呈，现场气氛火热而喜庆。
晚会上，德泰大家长朱胜利董事长也为大家送来了新年的节日问候及祝福。同时也十分感谢德泰家人们这一年的辛勤付出，更对新的一年寄予了新的要求及期望。
朱董激情洋溢、欢欣鼓舞的致辞过后，制造一部四小天王演唱的《朋友的酒》，唱出了深厚的兄弟情谊，如同制造一部是一个团结的兄弟连一样；广场舞《今夜舞起来》的登场，展示了德泰员工默契的风采，并迅速点燃了整场晚会的气氛。
随后制造二部梁经理又给大家带来了一首经典老歌《一剪梅》，婉转的曲调，经过梁经理的演绎，别有一番韵味。接着品保部课长给我们用笛子吹奏了一曲《星语星愿》，熟悉的曲调经过笛子的演绎，格外的动听。
美妙的笛子演奏后，财务部美女们又给大家带来了欢快的舞蹈《青春修炼手册》。当下大热的歌曲，配上新颖的舞蹈动作，引起全场的沸腾。随后，管理部联合开发部给我们带来逗趣的《三句半》表演，诙谐幽默的表演，令人忍俊不禁，恰如其分的描述，令人感慨万千。
接着研发部联合环安卫，给我们带来了经典老歌《明天会更好》，歌声表达了大家对德泰明天会更好的祝福，唱出了大家对德泰这个大家庭的热爱，唱出了身为德泰人的无比骄傲与自豪。美妙的歌曲过后，品保部的姑娘们，为我们带来了激情四射的舞蹈《火花》，劲爆的音乐，动感的舞蹈，令人心潮澎湃。
热闹的气氛后，由四位晚会主持人带来的诗朗诵《激情的德泰》，带着大家回顾了过去，展望了未来，鼓舞了人心。随后压轴登场的民族舞《达阪城的姑娘》，美轮美奂的衣服，精彩绝伦的舞蹈，让大家如痴如醉。
期间，还穿插了德泰大家长朱胜利董事长以及嘉宾们精彩的即兴表演，以及高潮迭起的抽奖环节。本次晚会共设置了一到五等奖，还有阳光普照奖。奖品多多，收获多多。平板电脑、手机、山地自行车、加绒四件套、智能电饭煲、提花大绒毯等等应有尽有，而且是100%中奖，人人有份人人不落空。
最后，晚会在德泰合唱团的《外婆的澎湖湾》中落下了帷幕。
本次晚会气氛热烈、祥和，德泰全体员工的激情融化了冬日里的严寒。本次晚会起到了很好的激励和鼓舞作用，加强了公司内部，公司与合作单位之间的沟通。2015年已经过去，在新的一年德泰全体员工将一如既往的秉承创新拼搏精神，努力实现将公司打造成为粉末冶金行业领军者的梦想！
